All goods will be dispatched within seven working days. We aim to post same working day or next day. If this is going to be longer than three working days you will be contacted by email. All goods will be sent by post unless other postage method is specifically requested. You have the option to take out additional postage insurance on UK deliveries. Although every effort will be taken to trace any lost orders we cant be held responsible for lost items if this insurance is not taken out. If this option is taken out and package is not received within 14 days UK destinations and 48 days international orders your goods will be replaced free of charge at no cost to you. If you find a defect or damage, you must tell us within 7 working days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
